To reward employees for their contributions to the community and for "Green" efforts, Quantum Innovations has established the Quantum Community Associations and Reclaiming the Environment (QCARE) Rewards Program. This is a voluntary program that rewards points to employees for their involvement in community activities representing The Quantum Group of Companies. Employees can redeem their points for gift cards, a day off from work with pay, shares of The Quantum Group stock or a three-day cruise for two!

Our employees are integral to our business. Each individual employee is recognized to have specific knowledge that applies to their particular area of expertise. We work together and focus on our mission critical work. We expect the best. We continually set high standards and work each day to meet and exceed those standards. We truly see no value in compromising, lowering the bar, or accepting less.
